We are Solar Dynamics Ltd., manufacturers of solar hot water systems for residential and commercial use.
We've been in the solar hot water business since 1974 and have developed several
models of hot water systems, each designed to provide the longest life. The latest models include the Solar Dynamics natural convection system operating at 140 degrees F to 160 degrees F. The newest model is the PVDC which allows
the storage facility to be lower than the collector, this means that the tank can be at ground level and the collectors on the roof. This preferred by some clients for aesthetic appeal. The circulation of the water between the tank
and the collector panel is done by a photovoltaic panel (PV) and a direct current pump (DC).
The traditional convection system is the most efficient, using the natural laws of physics radiation conduction convection.
We command over 60% of the market in the Caribbean region. Internationally, Solar Dynamics and Barbados are recognized as leaders in the development and use of solar technology. The company has undertaken many contracts for the
private sector and for housing developments of the Government of Barbados.
We have manufacturing plants in Barbados and St. Lucia and a distribution center in Jamaica. There are agents in Antigua and Barbuda, Belize,
Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Tortola. Check

Our Team
The company has the most experienced and competent staff involved in sales, manufacturing,
installation and after-sales service. The team is led by James Husbands, who was awarded one of the highest honors in the Barbados Independence Honors of 1994, the Gold Crown of Merit (GCM) for his contribution to energy saving.
His experience, when combined with that of Ivan Franklyn, Director of Sales and Douglas Clarke, Production Supervisor, total over 80 years of experience - it's unmatched in the industry.
Our Guarantee
The Solar Dynamics Hot Water System is guaranteed. Should the system fail to provide the
specified temperature, we will repair or replace the system at no cost to the client. This is available exclusively with Solar Dynamics Ltd.
A product warranty states that the product will be suitable for the purpose for
which is was intended. The Solar Dynamics Hot Water System provides an exclusive consumer protection "temperature guarantee". This means that the performance is measurable, clear and specific. In this way, recourse is clear. |
