Current state-of-the-art technologies and the highest quality materials are engineered into every Solar Dynamics Hot Water System.
The system operates on a thermosyphon
basis. Cold water enters the bottom of the tanks and passes into the collector.
As the selective coated copper collector absorbs the sun's radiation, heat is absorbed by conduction to the water. This heated water rises from
the collector to the storage tank by convection. This thermosyphon action continues throughout the solar day, resulting in high yielded temperatures. Technical

Electricity as a Back Up
All systems are fitted with a user controlled back-up electrical booster for use in periods of inclement weather. Surveys have shown that even in inclement weather, the Solar Dynamics Hot
Water System has provided more hot water than others. The Solar Dynamics Hot Water System will provide your hot water needs for 99% of the year, although we have clients who have reported that they have not needed to use their
booster in more than 10 years. |
